My name is Kirsten Troiano and I began working with Access Strata in October 2023. 

I had never worked in Owners Corporation before starting here, but I had previously worked in the Real Estate industry so I had a little understanding of Owners Corporations. I was very fortunate for Klair to give me the opportunity to work here. Over the years I have learnt a lot and gained a lot of knowledge and experience in the accounts department. I enjoy my job, no 2 days are ever the same, its always busy and Im always learning. We have a great team here at Access Strata too, which makes coming to work every day most enjoyable. 

A little about me, I am a country girl at heart. I live in Montrose with my husband and 2 daughters and have for the last 20 years. We have a love for animals, hence why we have 2 dogs, a bunny rabbit, ducks and chickens. Soon we will need to upgrade to a farm as my daughter wants goats. We own some land in Coongulla, a little country town near Heyfield. This is our little piece of paradise and our place to escape for a mini holiday especially over the public holiday weekends.
