Klair Jones is an experienced and highly regarded owners corporation professional who brings energy, commercial judgment and a practical, outcomes-focused approach to every property she manages. As Managing Director of Access Strata, Klair is known for her direct communication style, strong technical knowledge and genuine commitment to protecting the interests of owners corporations, committees and lot owners.

With more than 30 years’ experience in owners corporation management, Klair has managed a broad range of complex properties and governance structures, including residential and mixed-use buildings, hotel and apartment letting arrangements, land estates, stratum developments and high-value major works projects. Her experience extends across building defects, cladding rectification, insurance claims, compliance matters, difficult committee dynamics and complex financial and governance issues.

Klair has also been appointed as administrator for owners corporations, giving her first-hand experience in managing challenging circumstances where strong governance, decisive action and careful compliance are essential. She has been involved in legal action, dispute resolution processes and tribunal attendance, and understands the importance of clear records, sound decision-making and legally defensible processes when managing sensitive or high-risk matters.

Prior to founding Access Strata in 2015, Klair was a Director and Shareholder of another medium-sized owners corporation management firm. This background has shaped her hands-on leadership style and her commitment to delivering a responsive, transparent and professional service. Klair prides herself on giving clients practical advice, maintaining strong communication and ensuring that matters are followed through to completion.

Klair’s established relationships with lawyers, building consultants, insurers, contractors and other industry professionals allow her to connect clients with the right advice and support when it is needed most. Outside of work, Klair is family-oriented and enjoys spending time with her son, stepdaughter and four dogs. She loves riding her motorbike, target shooting and being outdoors.
